What makes a house a comfortable home?

Could it be the aesthetics, layout, quality of life, thermal efficiency, the physical entity, a sense of security, a clean environment, or pleasant location with good local amenities?

It’s probably a combination of all these factors and more, some rather subtle and some probably in the subconscious. The session will have four speakers presenting their thoughts followed by a 30-minute Q&A session.
