New members to Buildoffsite Alinea have collaborated with Expedition Engineering to produce a comprehensive article on the benefits of and barriers to Offsite  construction. The article also examines the relative priorities of Quality, Cost and Time to providers of build to rent and student housing as well as mass and prime housebuilders.
