The Offsite Show moves to 3-5 May 2022

We wanted to update you as soon as we could on our plans for The Offsite Show. With restrictions likely to stay with us for longer than we had all hoped and anticipated, we feel it would be better for all of our exhibitors, visitors and partners to postpone the May event to 3-5 May 2022. Grand Designs Live and London Construction Week will be co-located at this event in 2022.

Whilst the Government may still stick to an April restart date for events, it now looks certain that restrictions will be with us until the vaccine roll out reaches its conclusion. I am sure you would appreciate that if we staged an event with limited attendance, and travel restriction in place for our overseas exhibitors and visitors, we feel we would not be best serving our clients.

We wanted to make this decision early enough to protect all our exhibitors and visitors from incurring ancillary costs. Whilst Media 10 will absorb significant costs of a postponement, we wish to reassure you these will not be passed on to you.

We are very disappointed to not be able to bring you the May event but will be working on a much larger launch event for May 2022, creating an event that truly reflects the dynamic industry that we serve.

One thing we know for sure though – the appetite for a live exhibition experience has grown every day this pandemic has gone on. We all long for the chance to meet colleagues and do business face to face.
