We were lucky to coincide with a visit from Rt Hon Esther McVey who was fielding questions from staff at Homes England HQ. Tom Eshelby, Housing Industry Advisor for Buildoffsite, highlighted the potential benefits of making it easier and more rewarding for Housing Associations to deliver their projects in MMC, thereby providing much-needed demand to the burgeoning UK offsite manufacturing industry.
