Come and visit Roger Bullivant Limited’s state-of-the-art headquarters in South Derbyshire and see how they design and manufacture their innovative offsite foundation systems for residential and commercial projects throughout the UK. RBL offers an extensive range of precast concrete piles, pilecaps and ground beams that form a kit of part approach for their RBeam complete foundation system.
The factory tour will not only include their modern automated production facility that has the capability of producing over 1 million metres of precast concrete piles and ¼ million metres of precast beam per year, but you will also see how they build and maintain all their own piling rigs in their impressive plant build facility.
The event will include a presentation by RBL which will explore how their MMC Category 3 pre-manufactured foundation system can increase the pre-manufactured value (PMV) of your projects and how a modular foundation system is used to accelerate the build programme with improved on-site accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety.
