The construction industry is on the verge of an industrial revolution. As more and more construction moves offsite, new partners will be attracted into the supply chain and new quality standards will be required.

Construction Quality Planning (CQP) is a quality tool developed by the Construction Innovation Hub. Building on quality methodologies and terminology, which are already used successfully in the Manufacturing sector, CQP will ensure that parts conform to fit, form and function. The CQP methods and underlying toolsets will provide a standardised process with measurable quality data and outputs.

As a delivery partner of the Construction Innovation Hub, Buildoffsite Members are invited to an industry preview of CQP, which will be formally launched in June. By attending this workshop, you will learn about the CQP process, applicability to the offsite sector and potential benefits of its application.

The Hub will collate the thoughts, insights and feedback shared throughout the workshop to shape the final guide.
